FAQs
Before You Come
1. Is this AI?
No. This is 3D green screen VFX, the same thing Hollywood uses for movies. A real 4K camera films you, and studio lights make it look right.
2. Is it just a picture or video behind me?
No. These are full 3D worlds, not a flat backdrop. You move through them with a joystick and the camera moves with you, so you are actually in the scene.
3. Why not just hire a videographer?
You would have to find a location, book a crew, coordinate everyone, and hope they all show up on time. Then you wait weeks, sometimes months, to see your video.
4. Why book us instead?
No location. No crew. No waiting. Walk in, pick a world, perform, and your finished 4K video is in your email before you leave.
5. Is this only for musicians?
No. Artists, creators, couples, and friends all use it. Anyone with a song file can make a cool video. You do not have to be a musician.
6. Do you do podcasts?
Yes. Podcast sessions run 5 to 60 minutes in the same 3D worlds with multiple camera angles. These are set up ahead of time, so hit CONTACT and we will get you booked.
7. Do I need to know how to make videos?
No. You do not need camera or editing skills. Our system walks you through every step on a touchscreen, so you can focus on your performance.
8. How long does a session take?
It depends on your package. The shortest sessions run about six minutes start to finish. The longest run about an hour.
9. What should I bring?
Bring your song on your phone as an MP3, M4A, or WAV. Wear something you feel good in, and check the Clothing Guide above for the colors that film best. Small props are welcome too.
10. How many people can be in the scene?
Two. There is about six feet of usable space, so two people have room to move and both look good on camera. More than two gets cramped fast.
11. Is there a height limit?
Yes. The maximum height is 6'2". You have room to sit, stand, and move in place, but not to walk around.
12. Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes. There is a cup holder on the right side of the monitor. Just clean up after yourself before you leave.
In The Booth
13. Can I use a different world for each shot?
Yes. You can pick a different world for every shot.
14. How many tries do I get?
Three takes at every angle. Then you choose your favorite take for each one, and that is what we build your video from.
15. Can I get the individual clips?
Yes. For $15, you can get the separate camera angles too, each one full length. On a three-angle, one-minute package that is four minutes of footage instead of one. Use them for reels, teasers, or your own edit.
After Your Session
16. Is the video 4K?
Yes. Your video comes in crisp 4K horizontal. It is ready for YouTube or a big screen, and you can crop it for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
17. How do I receive my video?
We email you a download link at the end of your session, so you can post and share it right away. We keep your file for at least 30 days.
18. Are revisions included?
No. Revisions are not included with a standard session.
19. What if something goes wrong?
If a technical problem on our end affects your video, we will recover and re-render it, give you a replacement session, or refund you.
20. Do I own my finished video?
Yes. It is your video, copyright and all. Post it, share it, and use it how you want. Your performance and your music stay yours. We only share your video or behind-the-scenes footage if you give us permission, and when you post it, tag us and we will push it out too.
21. What happens to my song after my session?
We use your song only for your video. It is deleted before the next session starts.
Coming Back
22. Can I sign up for more than one CCS Creator Club membership?
Yes. Each membership is a separate recurring subscription and includes one session per billing cycle, so two memberships include two separate sessions each cycle. Each membership is billed and managed separately, and unused sessions do not roll over.
